Like most modern people, I sit in front of a computer for a living, at a desk. I do exercise at times, but then other times I get so busy that there just is no time for exercise. So my daily posture starts turning against me every now and then. I had a fracture in my lumbar disc before, and back-aches on a monthly basis. One of the things that the physiotherapist told me I should be doing more is stretch – it will help me stay healthier.
So for the month of October, this is what I am going to try and do. I am going to stretch every day. Even if it’s just for a couple of minutes, because even that should make a difference. hopefully this can become more of a habit after the month.
