After doing some research and trying out some exercises, I am still sitting with a bit of a dilemma.
All exercises that I try to do to strengthen my abdominal muscles (abs), end up hurting my back. I tried crunches, I am trying planking, but nothing seems to work. I even went as far as watching one of those DVDs where a bunch of women do exercise on to rhythmic music. So now I am doing some twist and turn exercises that are supposed to strengthen my core, but the only muscles that end up paining are my back muscles. I mean, if I do an ab exercise, shouldn’t my abs be paining?
Any suggestions will be appreciated at this point.
