Just a quick note.
I started walking to work and back, running, doing push-ups and exercising once a day… but never was I prepared for the worst of all… and you won’t believe it, just keeping my back straight, maintaining a good posture, is by far the worst of all! Everything pains, my abs, my back, my shoulders. Sitting up straight is the hardest exercise ever!
So if you want to get in shape, just sit up straight!
